WORK PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITY
Job Title: Work Placement Opportunity
Hours: 1 day a week (freelance contract / 3 month fixed term contract).
Start/ End date: Monday 10th January- Monday 28th March 2022.
Salary: £75.36 per day (London Living wage)
Location: Remote
Reports to: Artistic Director & Producer
ABOUT THE ROLE
Body Politic is offering a paid 3 month work placement for young artists aged 18-25yrs.
You will be an integral member of the team as Body Politic embarks on the creation and Spring tour of new Hip hop Theatre work, THEM.
You will gain experience in marketing and producing, as well as a unique insight into the creative processes the company adopts when creating new work for touring.
This is a fantastic role for anyone wanting to pursue a career in the arts and broaden their experience in the process!
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a part-time position. Normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6pm. Flexibility over working hours and days will be required.
Candidate must be available for team meeting on Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am
This post is offered as a 3 month fixed-term contract. This is offered under a freelance basis.
