professional training for 14-19yrs
Body Politic are launching their first ever Youth Company in September 2021 and we’d love you to be a part of it.
If you’re aged 14-19yrs and looking for professional training opportunities in hip hop, dance theatre and commercial then this is the perfect training opportunity for you.
Training will take place every week at Barton Park Primary School. As well as weekly classes, the programme also offers six professional hip hop workshops with London-based choreographers throughout the year.
The programme aims to boost the confidence and self-esteem of young aspiring dancers who are keen to improve knowledge and technique in performance, improvisation and choreography.
As one of Swindon Dance’s Associate Artists, the company will also have the opportunity to visit and take part in events and workshops with their Urban Dance CAT (Centre for Advanced Training) students programme.
